Drinks of Plenty

 

~ 100% Fortitude Juice ~

Ingredients

• 1 cup Almond Milk
• ½ cup pure water
• 1 tbs. wheat grass juice powder (or any other greens powder)
• 1 tbs. unsulphured black strap molasses
• 1 tsp. psyllium seed or husk powder

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend to a froth
3. Enjoy this super high B vitamin, iron and protein body building drink.

~ Chocolate Almond Milk ~

Ingredients

• 2 cups almond milk
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
• 2 Tbsp. agave syrup (honey is sweeter)
• 1/8 tsp. Stevia powder
• 1 tsp. psyllium husk powder

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend and let sit for 5 minutes. Blend again.
3. Serve as is or with ice.

 

~ Wave-Nog by Stara ~

Ingredients

• 2 cups almond milk – unsweetened
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 tsp. wheat grass juice powder
• 2 tsp. maca root powder
• 2 tsp. whey powder
• 1 tsp. nutmeg – freshly grated is best
• 1 tsp. soy lecithin
• 1 tsp. psyllium seed powder

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend till frothy. Let sit for 10 minutes and blend again.
3. Enjoy!

~ Way Ahead Smoothie ~

Ingredients

• 1 cup vanilla soy milk
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries or strawberries
• 1/4 tsp Stevia extract
• 1 tsp Spirulina powder
• 1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
• 1/4 tsp Blue Green Algae
• 1/2 tsp Psyllium Husk powder

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender
2. Mix on high for a few seconds, let sit for 5 minutes and blend again.
3. Relish the energy!
