Slow and steady wins the grace. We can imagine stillness, yet stillness is an illusion in the atomic race. Pacing is everything, yet everything leads to anything and anything leads to everything. Therefore, in this open field, the best we can do is to harmonize our breath with the flow of life, heart wings all aglow and shoulders relaxed. My writings are not about figuring out life as an exact science, however freeing that temporary security may seem. What I write comes from my very own zendy notions and fanciful dreams while allowing my thought waves to glide into a timeless and slow free fall, never really knowing exacting where I will land. My overall theme is steady though, Zen motion is about going through life’s dance with an organic, rhythmic pace, while embracing our interests. So, regardless of what we do, how we do life, can be a form of nurturance. Slow and steady wins the grace.
